On working days, we will send you an answer or confirmation within 24 hours.
When you are in agreement with this information, you can confirm this by sending us a confirmation email. We will then send you our invoice by email. If you agree to the reservation and the costs as mentioned in the invoice, you reconfirm these by your payment.
On receipt of your payment, your reservation will be final.
After receiving the full amount, we will send you, by email, your payment receipt and the voucher(s) that have to be handed over at the accommodation, the car rental, the start of the tour etc.
Important notice: All contacts for booking of accommodation, auto rental, tours etc. will be made by Crete-Holidays. This means that these do not have to be contacted by you.
Payment of the invoice can be done as following:
By bank, the bank account is mentioned on your invoice. Do not forget to mention your name and your number of reservation.
By credit card; the safe and user-friendly site of Pay Pal is connected to our website. Do not forget to mention your name and our number of reservation. Pay Pal is a secured payment system, through which the customer can pay by using his or her credit card and email address.
They are committed to handling your customer information with high standards of information security. Your credit card and bank account information are stored only in encrypted form on computers that are not connected to the Internet. They restrict access to your personally identifiable information to employees who need to know that information in order to provide products or services to you. They maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your non-public personal information. They test their security systems regularly and contract outside companies to audit their security systems and processes.
Prices
At the time of your reservation, the prices as mentioned on our website are applicable. The prices include taxes, possible service charges and other costs, as mentioned on our website.
For reservations made 30 days prior to your arrival, a deposit of 30% of the total costs is required. You will receive a receipt by email for the amount paid as a deposit. 30 days prior to your arrival, we will send you an invoice for the rest of the amount; this has to be paid at least 10 days prior to your arrival.
For reservations made 30 to 1 day prior to your arrival, the whole amount (100%) has to be paid. For car rental you only pay a down payment of 10%, the remaining costs have to be paid at the delivery of the car. Cancellation of your reservationCancellation of your reservation, made for any reason, will result in cancellation fees.
Our cancellation fees are as following:
When you cancel your reservation till 31 days prior to your arrival: no cancellation fee, except our administration costs. These expenses such as telephone calls, faxes etc. were already made by us for your reservation, with a maximum of 25 Euro per booking.
For notice given between 31 and 15 days prior to your arrival: 20% of the total costs.
For notice given between 15 and 7 days prior to your arrival: 50% of the total costs.For notice given between 7 and 1 days prior to your arrival and no-show: 100% of the total costs.
