All windows are double glazed and have mosquito screens.
The ground floor consists of a luxury equipped open kitchen with a full electric stove, microwave, dishwasher etc., a dining table with chairs and a living area with a cosy modern furniture, satellite TV and internet connection. Also on the ground floor is a double room with 2 single beds and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.
The first floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds, both with spacious cupboards and a balcony with a view to the sea and the White Mountains and a good sized bathroom with a bath. This is a perfect place when you favour privacy and intend to stay in a villa with 3 bedrooms (the couch in the living area can be turned into a 7th bed.
From Maleme it is only a 10 minutes drive to the lively town of Platanias, with its many bars, restaurants and discos. Nice trips to Chania, Elafonissi, the sandy beaches of Falassarna can de easily made from the villa. Many sports such as fishing, snorkelling, diving, para-gliding, mountain biking, horse riding and walking or hiking in the mountains or gorges can be easily organized from this area. Supermarkets, several taverns, cafes and a pharmacy are within walking distance (100-300 meter).
and the town of Chania are all within easy reach.
